With My Patient Solutions
Not ready to create an account?
Quick Enroll lets you fill out Prescriber forms online without logging into My Patient Solutions for Health Care Practices.
How to Register:
Go to the My Patient Solutions home screen and select Register Your Account in the top right corner.
Answer a series of questions to help you determine if you are registering for My Patient Solutions for Health Care Practices or My Patient Solutions for Sites of Care.
Enter your information:
- Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen to read and agree to the entire Practice Agreement or Sites of Care Agreement
- Add other users, locations and/or prescribers as needed
Account registration can be completed by 1 person for the entire practice and for multiple practice locations.
You may register for both sites separately and navigate between them once you log in.
Once the practice or infusion site has been registered, each user will receive an email within 2 business days to activate their account and create an individual login. This link will be valid for 30 days.
Key Considerations:
You should use Google Chrome®, Safari™, Edge® or Firefox™. If your organization has a firewall in place that prevents you from using web-based tools, you will need to use the fax option for submitting enrollment forms

Only the information requested on these forms is required. Providing unrequested documents of information will delay processing.
About My Patient Solutions
My Patient Solutions is an online tool that allows you the flexibility to work with Genentech Access Solutions when it’s convenient for you. There are 2 versions of My Patient Solutions available for practices with patients taking Genentech treatments.
My Patient Solutions for Health Care Practices
Practices that prescribe Genentech treatments can use My Patient Solutions for Health Care Practices to manage and enroll patients in Genentech Access Solutions and/or the Genentech Patient Foundation. Certain brands will also include an option to directly enroll in Genentech co-pay programs.
My Patient Solutions for Sites of Care
Surgical centers and infusion sites that administer certain Genentech products can use My Patient Solutions for Sites of Care to view and manage patients who have been treated with that product at your practice.
Please note: You will be able to manage patients enrolled in Genentech Access Solutions. Electronic enrollment and service request initiation are not available with My Patient Solutions for Sites of Care.

View Genentech Patient Foundation eligibility and coordinate shipments.

Customize, filter and sort your patient list by prescriber, payer, location, anticipated date of treatment, last date of treatment, PA expiration date and/or co-pay program status, then export it into a report.
